Since the opening of the Early Learning Center and David Hoffman Hebrew School at the new facility in September, we made much progress in the completion stages of the construction.
In January 2009, right after Chanukah, the Chabad Center offices relocated to the new building. In April we completed the construction of the Mikvah, had it inspected by the authorising Rabbi, and then started the process of filling the Mikvah with rain water. A special Mikvah inauguration program is scheduled for July 13, although the Mikvah is now ready and operational.
After the filling of the main Mikvah, we filled the Keli Mikvah (vessel Mikvah), which has been in use since Passover.
